Transaction Services Supervisor

• you will assist in advising domestic and global clients in respect of a variety of strategic and commercial considerations from transaction-structuring through to comprehensive due diligence and post acquisition support
• you will play a major role in building and fostering client relationships aimed at developing further business opportunities
• communicating with the engagement manager and partner regarding the status and findings of the work
• drafting reports, setting out the results of the due diligence work
• supervising and coaching junior staff members on the job

• university degree in Finance, Economics, preferably with a major in Accounting and Audit
• at least three years of relevant experience in audit/M&A/CF/accounting ("Big 4" audit background ideally)
• previous exposure to transactions and due diligence work gained from either Audit or a similar transaction based business is preferred
• strong communication skills for effective and concise communication with clients and the team both orally and in writing
• excellent analytical skills (strategic, commercial and financial analysis)
• effective project management and problem solving
• advanced progress in the CFA, CPA or ACCA studies (complete or close to completion)
