Tax Manager Main Responsibilities you will have your own portfolio of clients in various business sectors ensuring engagements meet all professional and KPMG standards being a point of client contact throughout the year timely communication with the engagement partner and client on issues and progress of the work presenting and discussion of reports with clients monitoring the project costs, and agreeing fees and collection keeping up to date with KPMG's product and service offerings and identifying sales opportunities within your client base coaching staff and monitoring their career progression Successful candidate’s profile In addition to the general profile, candidates for this position meet the following requirements: university Degree in Taxation, Economics, Law, or Accounting excellent knowledge of Ukrainian tax and legal principals four to five years of relevant experience developed personal profile, excellent communication and organizational skills strong analytical and report writing skills good general understanding of business dynamics and operations
