Nestle Group, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage
industry, successfully working and developing on the territory of
Ukraine, is seeking a specialist on the position
Brand Manager in Kiev.
Main Purpose of Job:
Timely execution of the established tasks; taking measures
in order to ensure correctness in the course of making
reports.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide appropriate input at group, category and
individual brand level into the commercial and category planning
process to achieve brand visions and commercial
objectives
- Develop marketing plans, which generate value
growth of our products in Ukraine defined in OPL & MBS
objectives
- Develop adequate marketing-mix tactics and strategies in
order to reach the brand objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of
appropriate communication strategies, and manage the communication
development process
- Gain knowledge of the consumers, the customer, the
competition, the trade structure of the Company and use it for
developing strategies and commercial plans
Required Qualifications and
Experience:
- Completed or basis higher education in the relevant
sphere (master, specialist or bachelor)
- Experience of work in the sphere of marketing: for
master or specialist – no less than 2 years; for bachelor – no less
than 3 years
- Communicability
- High level of PC skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Driving licence
Skills and Knowledge:
- Мarketing theory and practice
- Мethods of research and
analysis in the sphere of marketing (industrial, commercial, sales,
advertising, price strategies etc.)
- Мethods of demand
forecasting and modelling, methods of formation of competitive
assortment of products, methods of calculation of optimum sales
volumes
- Рrocedure of pricing,
development of price strategy

the product advertising
