Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Being in this role, your primary responsibilities will
include development and growth of company capabilities to
efficiently deliver requested project/services to clients,
increasing the maturity of management practices, supervision the
implementation of organizational goals in assigned engagements
through mentoring and coaching of Project and Team
managers
Requirements:
- Total experience in management position is 5+ years in IT
industry
- Must have proved success record in similar
role
- Proven success records in people management are desired,
such as successful management of the team/department >=50 people
in staff
- Considerable knowledge and practical experience with
process adjustment/tailoring/improvement and the best SW/IT
industry standards, at least one of: SW-CMM, CMMI, P-CMM, ITIL,
RUP, MOF, MSF are very desired
- Knowledge of other standards will be a plus
- MS/BS degree in Computer Sciences or
equivalent
- Fluent English
- Skills in other foreign languages will be a significant
plus (German, French, Italian, Japan, etc)
- Management education is a plus
