for Helpdesk
Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Support and follow-up on telephone and mail
- Troubleshooting, testing and logging
- Internal training
- Preparation of user's guide, training plan
- General customer service
- Be an important contributor in the internal communication
with the department
Requirements:
- Master/bachelor degree in Computer Science or related
domain
- 2+ years experience in service related
work(Support/correction of errors)
- Very good skills in HW and SW
- Very good skills in Microsoft,
especially Windows, Outlook and Active Directory
- Knowledge about ITIL and process work
- Experience in users support within MS Office (MOUSE
certificate will be plus)
- Independent with high responsibility
- Good verbal and written communication skills
