Main Purpose of Job:
- Assist Corporate Controller and BU Controllers in their
proactive role in controlling the business performance and
supporting the BU Manager and its team to achieve targeted
results.
- Scope: 1 or 2 Business units.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial evaluation / business simulations: new
products launches, promotional activity
analysis.
- Analysis, proposals for cost improvement (COGS,
TTS, PFME, FFO, Distribution, OPFE).
- Preparation of price list
increase.
- Preparation of new transfer price for affiliated
companies (Culinary and Confectionery Business).
- Preparation and update of Controlling
Fact-book.
- Participate to constant improvement of Controlling
process, toll (accuracy, speed, analysis).
- Informing the Corporate Controller and BU
Controller about any irregularities and
concerns.
- Other specific assigned
projects.
Required Qualifications and
Experience:
- University degree in Finance and
Control.
- Experience in Finance & Control (international
company is a plus): from 1 to 3 years as
Controller.
- Good practice and experience with Information
Systems.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Good analytical skills.
- Accuracy (is must for
Controller).
- Good communication skills (a good Controller is the
ones who can explain and teach).
- Good common business sense / understanding and
practical approach (Being capable to understand overall business
implications while maintaining a detailed / thorough working
approach).
- Good knowledge in international accounting
standards and Ukrainian tax code and accounting
rules.
- Good understanding of information systems.
- Fluent in English.
