the position Junior Brand
Manager in Kiev.
Mission
Contribution to business by
developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies in order
to develop the respective brands / products of the Company
conforming to the directions of Senior Management, Corporate
Management Principles and Culture.
Main Tasks and
Functions
- To elaborate plans and
strategies, which are based on a thorough understanding and
knowledge of the consumer, the customer, the competition, the
market and our Company.
- To provide appropriate
input at individual brand level/product category (and if necessary
whole umbrella brand) into the commercial and category planning
process to achieve brand visions and commercial objectives of the
brands under his/her responsibility and defined in OPL and MBS
plans.

Develop marketing plans, which generate profitable,
sustainable growth of respective products/categories on the short
and long terms.
- Develop adequate
marketing-mix tactics and strategies in order to reach the brand
objectives.
- Identify and prepare
relevant innovation/renovation initiatives in support of category
and brand strategies.
- Implement and control the
above-mentioned plans, including post-evaluation, and their
revisions.
- Contribute to the
development and implementation of umbrella brand communication
strategies, and manage the communication development
process.
- Develop an effective
communication network with functions key to the delivery of the
plan (other categories, sales, factories, TAG, PTC, supply chain,
external agencies).
- Monitor the PFME
budget.
- Insuring financial brand’s
objectives are met.
- Monitor constantly sales
results and market shares development taking into account brands’
regional and trade channel sales performance as a base for
identifying needs for corrective actions to be taken.
