Corporate Finance Associate Responsibilities: • Participating in business valuation, valuation of shares, valuation of intangible assets, modeling • Carrying out financial analysis of company’s historic results and projections, conducting industry researches • Preparing financial models, carrying out valuation using income, cost and market approach • Report writing • Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company Successful candidate’s profile: • Economic/finance background • 2-3 year experience in valuation or investment analysis • Knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques • Understanding of applicability and specifics of each valuation approach • Understanding of NAS/US GAAP/IFRS • ACCA/CFA certificates would be a plus • Good written and spoken English • Ability and desire to work hard and learn quickly • Good analytical skills • Responsible, initiative, good team player While sending your CV, Application form and motivation please indicate “Corporate Finance Associate” WE OFFER challenging assignments, career development opportunities, coaching and training, and work in a friendly international environment, competitive salary and social package.
