an entry to mid-level professionals who are ready

Duties and
Responsibilities:
- involvment in business valuation projects.
Requirements
For mid-level specialist:
- Finance, Economics, or Accounting Degree;
- up to 1 year of professional experience in business
valuation or related field is needed;
- basic knowledge of international business valuation
methods and techniques;
- proved practical knowledge of the Discounted Cash Flow
model;
- financial modeling skills;
- financial analysis and industry research
skills;
- advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills;
- excellent analytical, planning, organizational and
interpersonal skills;
- fluent English.
For entry level
specialist:
- Finance, Economics, or Accounting Degree;
- basic understanding of the business valuation
field;
- professional experience in business valuation is
desirable, but not required;
- solid theoretical knowledge of the Discounted Cash Flow
model is needed;
- basic financial modeling skills;
- basic financial analysis and industry research
skills;
- advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills;
- excellent analytical, planning, organizational and
interpersonal skills;
- fluent English.
