Corporate Finance and M&A professionals         

Responsibilities:

• Privatisation advisory;
• Corporate finance advisory (Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate sale, Joint Ventures, etc.);
• Company valuation;
• Industrial restructuring and general strategic advice;
• Project finance, concession and public-private partnership (BOT/BOO);
• Structured finance, fund raising, debt advisory;
• IPO preparation;
• Financial diplomacy with multilaterals, rating agencies, central banks, etc.

• Education in business, economics or finance – at least at BS level, graduate level or MBA is preferred;     
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, M&A or equity research in consulting or i-bank. Strong industry sector experience may be acceptable depending on candidate skills;
• Knowledge of corporate finance;
• International business experience;
• Excellent communications, people and client skills. Strong written/verbal communications;
• Fluent English and / or other languanges;
• Project management experience.
