Обязанности:
To lead the Core Three team towards specific Customer and to drive high complexity Sales Opportunities within designated area through the Sales Process. To manage relations between Customers and Ericsson. Actively participate in the development and implementation of the Account Plan.
Achieve sales quota. Contribute in sales process management from opportunity creation to final accept and payment. Develop customer relationship, understanding and satisfaction (CRM). Prepare tenders in line with the marketing and sales strategies.
Требобания:
At least 5 years business experience, including experience in:
Telecommunications and/or IT industry; Sales or Account Management; Consulting, Solution or project based work;
Strong skills in producing offers and participating in tenders with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments;
Excellent understanding of the telecom environment and main ICT technologies;
Proven track record in sales;
University degree;
Fluent English, Russian.
Ability to interact efficiently with international customers, including presentation skills, ability to listen, negotiation skills and cultural awareness.
Team-working ability, the successful candidate must be able to contribute positively to the spirit of the Sales, Service & Solutions team and interact efficiently with other parts of the company.
Good planning and organizational skills;
Ability to travel internationally especially in Central Asia when required.
