Intern

• development of marketing materials used throughout the CIS
• assistance with proposals and training materials preparation

• participating in business development projects

• maintenance of CRM (Client Relationship Management) database
• invoices preparation
• receivables follow-up
• contract preparation and handling
• other accounting duties 

Administration: 

• general administration: correspondence, filing, handling client calls
• assistance with the seminar logistics
• providing support for clients over the phone
• Internet search

• The minimum internship period – 6 months
• Third-, fourth-, or fifth-year student
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes, Internet)
• Creativity
• Initiative & responsible
• Sociable
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work up to 20 h a week
• Ability to work full-time is preferable
