Microsoft – the
leading software development company – is looking for Communication Sector Account
Manager.
Functions:
- developing and maintaining customer
relationships;
- expanding relationships within accounts outside of
IT;
- conducting quarterly reviews with key customer
contacts;
- researching each account’s business, industry and
technology environment;
- performing licensing analyses for each
account;
- qualifying, grouping and prioritizing the
opportunities;
- continuously reinforcing the vision for each account with
virtual team members.
Major
requirements:
- higher education (marketing/economic/technical background
is an advantage);
- 4+ years of relevant experience (business
development/account management) in
IT/telecommunications;
- in-depth knowledge of telecom accounts, their customers
and their industry challenges;
- passionate attitude for sales and technology;
- excellent verbal and written communications skills as
well as strong interpersonal skills;
- fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian;
- advanced PC user.
