Nestle Group, worldwide
leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and
developing on the territory of Ukraine, is seeking a specialist on
the position Technical and Capex Controller in Kiev.
Main purpose of the
job:
- Support, by playing the role of co-pilot Technical
Director and factory Managers and their team to help them to take
sound business decisions and achieve targeted results. Assist
Corporate Controller by providing timely, accurate information but
also proper analysis (50% of the time)
- Support systems and process in the area of factory
production (50% of the time)
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support all operations linked to monthly
COGS (cost of goods) calculation:
- Perform monthly closing within agreed timing of all
operations linked to COGS calculation,
- Provide accurate, timely and transparent information to
Technical Department and BU Controlling,
- Perform analysis: actual vs planned for variable and
fixed costs,
- Ensure that robust planning system is in
place.
- Be full back up in the area of Cost of production
calculation,
- Control all main expenses related to factories (variable
costs, fixed cost, plan of saving) in relation with Factory
Controllers.
- Coordinate and insure Capex budgeting process (Budget,
revision, actual). Run profitability analysis in collaboration with
BU controllers,
- Participate to constant improvement of Controlling
process, toll (accuracy, speed, analysis),
- Informing the Corporate Controller any irregularities and
concerns,
- Other specific assigned projects.
Knowledge &
Experience profile
- University degree in Finance and
Control,
- Experience in factory Controlling is a MUST
(international company is a plus): minimum 2 to 4 years as factory
Controller,
- Good practice and experience with Information
Systems,
Required Qualifications
and Experience
- Good analytical skills,
- Accuracy (is must for
Controller),
- Good communication skills (a good Controller
is the ones who can explain and teach),
- Good common business sense / understanding and
practical approach (Being capable to understand overall business
implications while maintaining a detailed / thorough working
approach),
- Good knowledge in international accounting
standards and Ukrainian tax code and accounting
rules,
- Good understanding of information
systems,
- Fluent in English.
