We are seeking a person who will join our Human Resources team
as
Compensation & Benefits Analyst to be
involved into development, implementation and administration
company’s reward and benefits.
Job Duties include:
- monitoring the company’s salary structure and benefits
provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and
attracting and retaining staff;
- researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by
other employers in the same sector through participating in local
salary surveys;
- leading and coordinating job descriptions preparation and
maintaining company’s job descriptions library;
- administering and explaining benefits to employees to ensure
that they are applied efficiently;
- managing and preparing annual headcount and salary budgets
etc.
Entry requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 1 year experience in HR -C&B (is a plus, but not a
must);
- Work experience in multinational FMCG companies is a plus;
- English (upper-intermediate level);
- PC (advanced practice in MS Office (especially in Excel))
- Attention to datails, high motivation to work in C&B,
- Ability to work with big amount of information and numbers.
