seeking a specialist on the position Helpdesk specialist in
Kiev.
Main Purpose of Job
Ensuring of efficient and effective IS users support and
service.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide full efficient assistance for users of technical and
software IS components at their workplaces.
- Prepare and install new computers and other office techniques
at users’ workplaces.
- Prepare and send IS equipment for repair services, if
necessary; receiving and warehousing of new/repaired
equipment.
- Provide support for corporate Intranet site.
- Provide full support for regional (x-net) users:
- Managing users account
- Preparing and distribution of workstations
- Provide basic support for stationary phone communication
incidents.
- LAN cables switching for new workplaces.
- Maintenance of users’ accounts and their access to IS
resources.
- Study and thorough knowledge of system, standard, corporate and
special applied software. Providing software
installation/configuration support at users’ workplaces.
- Permanent control of IS software and technical components use
regulations and IS safety regulations observance by users.
- Control of preservation and effective use of technical
facilities, objects of little value and materials, IS
components.
- Standard software configuration installation at users’
computers in accordance to Nestle standards. Control of IS
components use regulations observance by users. Non-admission of
non-licence and non-standard software installation and use at
users’ workplaces.
- Proper reporting of assigned tasks in ServiceCenter tool.
- Registering all of issues (opening, operation and closing) in
ServiceCenter tool

- Efficiency of technical defects removal
- Effective consulting services for IS equipment users
Required Qualifications and Experience
- · Complete (in process) Higher education of corresponding
specialty (Master or Specialist)
- · Work experience in information systems/technology – min 1
year
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of corporate standards and recommendations concerning
IS equipment.
- Knowledge standard and special personal computers
software.
- Knowledge of personal computers, office techniques, internal
computer and telephone network topology.
- Basis of labor legislation.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Highly communicable
