Windows Client Programs Manager

Microsoft – the leading software development company – is looking for Windows Client Programs Manager.

Functions:

• growing Microsoft Windows revenue in consumer segment in Ukraine;
• identifying and developing key retail partners in the system builders space in the regions;
• developing joint co-marketing activities with partners to promote Windows Vista and Office 2007 products;
• developing loyalty program for retail sales personnel and system builder channel to stimulate sales of PC with pre-installed Windows Client;
• creating and updating Windows Consumer web-page as the part of Windows Client web-site with the latest content on running Consumer seasonal promo campaigns;
• maintaining internal knowledge of product features as well as programs & resources available for employees;
• implementing a merchandising program (by cooperating with the merchandising agencies, developing merchandising standards, tracking and ensuring relevant presence of Microsoft POS-materials)

Major requirements:

• higher education (marketing/economic/technical background is an advantage);
• 3+ years of relevant experience (product marketing);
• 2+ years of managerial experience;
• good understanding of the relationship between technology and business and systems processes in consumer space;
• good understanding of PC consumer market, trends and industry key success factors;
• planning, design and implementation of product marketing strategy, partnering experience, experience in opportunity selling as well as competitive advantages to win in competitive projects;
• excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to professionally represent Microsoft in front of the customer;
• fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian (native);
• advanced PC user (Windows/Office).
