Business&Sales Support Manager
supports and manages BNET related Sales opportunities
together with Business Areas and Key Accounts. Provides commercial
Support for opportunities/tenders covering Pricing. We are
looking for individuals with High competence in Pricing and
relevant tools.
Business&Sales Support
Manager will be responsible for:
·
implementing price strategies and models, defining price
argumentation based on competitive environment and performed market
price analysis;
·
performing operational price management and drive pricing
activities during tenders;
·
checking of the overall price proposal including equipment
and services scope. When necessary to perform operative tender
pricing;
·
taking proactive action to work closely with Key Stake Holder
in both Market and Business Unit to continuously map the most
competitive strategy to win business;
·
performing consistent and accurate profitability
calculations;
·
advising the latest pricing models, tactics and consequence
analysis for price levels and discount me Successful
candidate must be able to contribute positively to the spirit of
the Sales & Solutions team and interact efficiently with other
parts of the companychanisms to KAM based on the price
guidelines, for the KAM to be able to provide competitive offer to
their customers;

analyzing and performing benchmark on contracted prices among
operators in Market Unit and performing business analysis to map
winning strategies for existing and new business
opportunities;
·
administering pricing tools and processes to obtain accurate
pricing data for the proposal within set time frame;
·
supporting the KAM teams in commercial negotiations and
participate in customer negotiations when
needed.
Требования:
·
Master or Bachelor in Economics/Business Administration
and/or Engineering and equivalent working experience;
·
Knowledgeable of the Ericsson product and service portfolio;
·
3-5 years experience in a commercial environment, preferably
in a commercial environment;
·
deep knowledge of Excel and calculation tools is a must.
Analytical and good with numbers.
·
skills in Marketing and Sales, specifically on profitability
and pricing, financing, customer focus, competitors landscape,
end-user understanding, business planning,
negotiation.
·
Previous experience from Project ,
Price Management would be an advantage.
·
Team player and network builder with ability to work well
with peers, senior management and in teams as well as across
organizational boundaries.
·
High level of dedication and commitment to both team and
personal performance
·
Dedication and ability to meet tight deadlines.
·
Ability to travel internationally especially in Eastern
Europe & Central Asia when required.
