the position Junior Brand Manager

in Kiev.
Main Purpose of
Job
Development and ensuring
implementation of the long-term Brand strategies and marketing
plans, including brand positioning review, adequate marketing-mix
& tactics, which are based on a deep understanding and
knowledge of the consumers, customers, competitors, Company’s trade
structure; generate high level of profitability & growth for
the confectionery product group in Ukraine at a faster rate than
competition and the market in general in the short and middle
term.
Main
Responsibilities
- Developing adequate marketing-mix tactics and strategies
in order to reach agreed brand objectives.
- Develop with the help of the relevant advertising
agencies consumer-advertising plans, including brand positioning
review.
- Facilitate in preparation and presentation of the annual
and long-term plan, in establishing set of brand objectives: sales
volumes, profitability, market share and communication
levels.
- Monitor the PFME budget, insuring financial brand’s
objectives are met.
- Gain knowledge of the consumers, the customer, the
competition, the trade structure of the Company and use it for
developing strategies and commercial plans.
- Help to identify and develop relevant
innovation/renovation initiatives in support of category and brand
strategies including new product development.
- Monitor constantly the sales results on national level
taking into account brands’ regional and trade channel sales
performance as a base for identifying needs for corrective actions
to be taken.
- Develop an effective communication network with the
functions key to delivery of the plan

Required Qualifications
and Experience:
- University degree
- Min 1 years experience in marketing
functions
- Good knowledge of the consumers, customers,
competition and the trade structure of the
company.
- Knowledge of brand management
- Knowledge of consumer communication tools and
communication developments
