Responsibilities will include:
- Organizing work on safety risk assessment, inform
employees about existing risks and corresponding preventive
actions, advise subdivision managers and employees on exposure and
valuation of risks on a basis of safety legislation
- -Making systematical checks on dangerous and bad
manufacturing practices of employees and initiate necessary
corrective actions
- Participating in investigation of accidents and
professional diseases occurred.
- Carrying out
induction safety training with new starters, people on business
trips, pupils and students undergoing production or practical
training
- Organizing work of Safety
Committee.
- Coordinating general projects in
Safety and analyze its
effectiveness
- Making internal safety reporting,
reporting on management’s
request

Elaborating proposals
on improvement of enterprise safety systems; work out general
safety planning under the direction of HR
Director
Requirements:
- Higher Education
(technical is preferred but not a
must)
- Relevant job
experience on the same or similar
position
- Understanding basic
technical
processes
- Advanced PC
user
- Strong knowledge of
English
(upper-intermediate)
