Responsibilities:
- Leading projects for clients
- Developing the team
- Leading business development efforts
- Reporting to Service Line Leader
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, business, finance or
accounting
- Experience and knowledge in financial accounting and
reporting (IFRS, US GAAP) would be an advantage
- Experience in following areas of expertise would be
an advantage: management accounting,
budgeting, cost accounting and cost
reduction, Balanced Score Cards, Key
Performance Indicators
- Project management experience or participation in
projects in the areas mentioned above
- Professional qualifications such as CIMA, CMA/CFM, ACCA,
CPA (would be considered as significant advantage)
- Strong interpersonal qualities
- Strong analytical skills, self-direction,
team-orientation
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the teams in which
they worked
- Mix of backgrounds considered with strong
industry/consulting skills (preferred)
- Fluent written and verbal Russian and English
