Sales Excellence Manager.
Functions:
- providing expertise and coaching to the sales force on
relationship management, opportunity management, and business
management processes;
- effective account planning process framework and
tools;
- establishing a predictable business rhythm for the
organization;
- introducing and implementing effective strategic change
management methods for programs and initiatives;
- providing a disciplined cost of sale framework that
enables the business to make the appropriate strategic investment
decisions;
- designing a plan that aligns employees’ development goals
with team and business goals and initiatives.
Major
requirements:
- higher education (business
administration/marketing/finance);
- 3+ years of relevant experience (sales/partner
management);
- great presentation and negotiation skills;
- ability to think strategically;
- organizational agility and attributes of
leadership;
- fluent English/Russian/Ukrainian.
