Sourcing Specialist/Специалист по закупкам

Обязанности:

• Contract negotiations of local needs in Ericsson Ukraine
• Management of Suppliers to ensure contracts are in place and are delivering to the terms
• Facilitate continuous improvement of all aspects within supplier relationships
• Ensure the provision of a safe and secure working environment, in keeping with legal requirements
• Ensure that the suppliers’ relation is handled in the best possible way
• Secure MU sourcing process compliance, target fulfillment and reporting
• Increase margins and reduce supply complexity (enforce Preferred Supplier List)
• Secure reuse of solutions/common suppliers
• Forecasting of supplier base needs for future projects
• Together with Sourcing Manager execute sourcing for unique requests for projects (as required)
• Project related vendor management (as required)
• Initiates and implements improvements with the business, which result in added value
• Participate in activities related to subcontractors (i.e.Scope of Work, Man hours/activity)
• Elaborate and maintain Subcontractors data base (competences / availability, costs,etc.)
• Trigger contract’s review (Sow clarification, items review)

Требования:

• Higher technical education
• Work experience min 2 years in procurement
• Outstanding contractual (terms & conditions) experience
• Contract Management and cost analysit
• Good understanding / expertise of Supply Chain management
• PC literate – advance level in Excel
• Customer oriented
• Strong Communicator
• Flexible; Ability to co-operate with people from different cultures
• Fluent English (written/ oral)
