What is MACH?
MACH is
an accelerated career development program designed to recruit and
hire high-potential new graduates from all over the
world.
Functions:
The Technical Specialist/MACH will work with Microsoft's
partners and the colleagues to assist customers in:
- developing a healthy IT Infrastructure and Client
pipeline of qualified opportunities;
- creating and maintaining IT Profiles on
customers;
- defining IT Infrastructure and Client solutions that
address customer pains and/or opportunities;
- delivering presentations, briefings or technology reviews
that reinforce the IT Infrastructure for a People-Ready Business
value propositions;
- contributing to the recruitment, engagement and readiness
of partners who can help you scale capacity.
Major
requirements:
- higher education (BA/MA in Computer
Science/Engineering/IT; 2008-2006 or summer 2005
graduate);
- 1+ years of relevant experience (IT/solution
sales);
- experience working in large “virtual” teams—field sales,
inside sales, technical specialists, services,
partners;
- excellent negotiation and communication
skills;
- depth of knowledge in one of the following subject areas:
Microsoft Server, Exchange, Directory Services;
MOM, System Center; Unix/Linux, LanServer, LanManager,
etc.
- fluent English/Russian/Ukrainian;
- advanced PC user.
