Manager to Central Project Office

Position: Manager to Central Project Office - URGENT.

Main responsibility:

• Bank’s projects management and projects monitoring
  • Participation in formation of Bank divisions’ projects (cooperation with division during process of projects formation and approval).
  • Alignment of divisions’ projects to Bank’s goals.
  • Monitoring of projects realization.
  • Business counterpart functions fulfillment.
• Running of Projects Support Office.
• Managing portfolio of projects.
• Preparation of reports and presentation in English and Russian.

Main requirements:

• Higher education.
• Knowledge and experience in project management.
• Operational experience not less than 2 years. Operational experience with similar tasks and project management – not less than 1 year. Operational experience within banks is not a necessity.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, MS Project).

Additional requirements:

• Sufficient advantage to candidates with fluent English (speaking and writing), knowledge of Visual Basic, PMI standards
• Directly reports: to Head of Project Office
• Preferences on age and sex: man/woman, not older than 35.
• Place of employment: Kiev, Ukraine
• Probation period: 3 months
