category in Kiev.

developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies in order
to develop the culinary brands of the Company conforming to the
directions of Senior Management, Corporate Management Principles
and Culture
Main
Responsibilities
- To elaborate plans and strategies, which are based
on a thorough understanding and knowledge of the consumer, the
customer, the competition, the market and our
Company.
- To act as the guardian of the brands under his/her
responsibility, develop their image and their development in the
Ukrainian and under the corporate guidelines.
- Тo ensure efficient use of
resources.
- To deal efficiently with all other major functions
and departments of the company as well as with his colleagues and
direct supervisor.
- To elaborate the Operational Plans of our
businesses in accordance with our Company's planning cycles. The
planning should establish objectives in terms of sales volumes,
profitability, pricing, market share and communication levels as
well as the adequate marketing mix strategies in order to attain
the mentioned objectives.
- To implement the above-mentioned plans and their
revisions.
- To guaranty a constant renovation/innovation
process in line with our brands' needs and the market's
trend.
- To guide and supervise that the work of all our
business partners like ATL and BTL agencies linked with the brands
under his/her responsibility goes in line with our
goals.
- To monitor constantly the sales results of the
whole country as well as the market shares of the products under
his/her responsibility and implement if necessary corrective
marketing actions.
- To monitor the allocated Marketing budget insuring
the financial objectives of the brands under his/her responsibility
are met.
- To guaranty the graphic quality of the packaging
and all kind of promotional and advertising materials regarding the
products/brands under his/her responsibility.
- To participate in the preparation and accuracy of
the Consensus Demand Plan in accordance with the market potential
and all the different elements that affects it.
- To build and maintain professional relationships
with all other commercial departments for insuring effective and
efficient development and implementation of trade related plans in
line with the brands' strategies under his/her
responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
and Experience
- University degree
- Min. 1,5-2 years experience in marketing
functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of consumer communication tools and
communication development
