Audit Manager

• you will have your own portfolio of clients in various business sectors
• ensuring audit engagements meet all professional and KPMG standards
• isiting client on-site and being a point of contact throughout the year
• timely communication with the engagement partner and client on issues and progress of the work
• presenting and discussion of draft reports with clients
• monitoring the project costs, raising fees and agreeing collection of these fees
• keeping up to date with KPMG's product and service offerings and identifying sales opportunities within your client base
• coaching audit staff and monitoring their career progression

• university Degree in Finance, Economics, preferably with a major in Accounting and Audit
• excellent knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and Ukrainian accounting and legislation
• completed CFA, CPA or ACCA certification or Ukrainian audit license A or B certificate
• four to five years of audit experience
• "Big 4" audit experience
• developed personal profile, excellent communication and organizational skills
• strong analytical and report writing skills
• good general understanding of business dynamics and operations
